Irish Coffee Recipe

According to a 2017 study published in BMJ, 3 to 4 cups of coffee per day can lower the risk of mortality from cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, and stroke.


  • 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 5 ounces black coffee
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • Whipped cream


  1. In an Irish coffee glass, combine the coffee and brown sugar.
  2. Add the Irish whiskey, and stir.
  3. Top with the whipped cream, and serve.
