Irish Coffee Recipe
According to a 2017 study published in BMJ, 3 to 4 cups of coffee per day can lower the risk of mortality from cardiovascular disease, coronary heart disease, and stroke.
- 1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
- 5 ounces black coffee
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- Whipped cream
- In an Irish coffee glass, combine the coffee and brown sugar.
- Add the Irish whiskey, and stir.
- Top with the whipped cream, and serve.
