Algonquin Recipe

The Algonquins are original natives of southern Quebec and eastern Ontario, Canada. They first met Europeans when French explorer Samuel de Champlain was exploring eastern present-day Quebec, in 1603. The Algonquins, who were fighting with the Iroquois, formed an alliance with Champlain, and through that alliance, were able to access European firearms.
