Italian Surfer Recipe
Italy has over 4,600 miles of coastline. The island of Sardinia is home to some of the best surf spots in Italy and is said to have 160 surf days a year.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 1 ounce amaretto
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the coconut rum, amaretto, pineapple juice and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled Collins or highball glass.
- Garnish with the maraschino cherry, and serve.
