Pineapple Cooler Recipe

Pineapple Cooler

In 2013, Costa Rica produced over 2.6 million metric tons of pineapple, the most in the world.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces white wine
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 ounces seltzer water
  • Lemon wedge

Directions:

  1. Shake the white wine, pineapple juice, lemon juice and sugar in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball glass.
  3. Top with the seltzer water, and gently stir.
  4. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink, drop it in, and serve.
