Chambord Spritzer
In 1519, King Francis I commissioned the Château de Chambord to be built. It was meant to serve as a hunting lodge. The 426 room structure took 28 years to construct.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces white wine
- 1 ounce Chambord
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 2 – 3 ounces seltzer water
- Lemon spiral, to garnish
Directions:
- Combine the white wine, Chambord, and lemon juice in an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with the seltzer water, and gently stir.
- Garnish with the lemon spiral, and serve.
