Horse's Neck Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces blended whiskey
- 5 ounces ginger ale
- Lemon spiral, to garnish
Directions:
- Pour the whiskey into an ice-filled Collins or highball glass.
- Add the ginger ale, and gently stir.
- Drop the lemon spiral into the drink, and serve.
