Cranberry Gin & Tonic
Cranberry Gin & Tonic
Cranberries are harvested through a process of ‘wet harvesting’, whereby the cranberry vines are submerged under approximately 18 inches of water. Cranberries have a small pocket of air, which allows the berries to float to the top of the water to be gathered.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 1/4 ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces tonic water
- Fresh or frozen cranberries, to garnish
Directions:
- Combine the gin, cranberry juice and lime juice in an ice-filled, old-fashioned glass.
- Top with the tonic water, garnish with the cranberries, and serve.
