Corkscrew Recipe


  • 1 1/2 ounces light rum
  • 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
  • 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
  • Lemon spiral, to garnish


  1. Stir the light rum, peach schnapps and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Strain the contents of the mixing glass into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with the lemon spiral, and serve.
