Corkscrew
Corkscrew Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces light rum
- 1/2 ounce peach schnapps
- 1/2 ounce dry vermouth
- Lemon spiral, to garnish
Directions:
- Stir the light rum, peach schnapps and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain the contents of the mixing glass into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lemon spiral, and serve.
