Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce peach schnapps
1/2 ounce dry vermouth
Lemon spiral, to garnish

Directions:

Stir the light rum, peach schnapps and dry vermouth in a mixing glass with ice.
Strain the contents of the mixing glass into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with the lemon spiral, and serve.
