Bolero Cocktail Recipe
Pepe Sánchez was a Cuban musician credited as the creator of the Cuban bolero, a popular style of dance music in the 3/4 time signature. Sánchez
was not just a musician, but also a tailor and co-owner of a copper mine.
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1 ounce brandy
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 1/2 ounce orange juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- Lime spiral, to garnish
- Shake the dark rum, brandy, lime juice, orange juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lime spiral, and serve.
