Emerald Isle Recipe
The Bahia Emerald, found in Brazil, is thought to be the largest emerald in the world, weighing in at 840lbs and containing over 180,000 carats. The stone’s projected value is over $400 million.
- 2 ounces gin
- 1 teaspoon green crème de menthe
- 2 – 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Shake the gin, crème de menthe and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
