Chocolate Toasted Almond Cocktail

California produces over 80% of the world’s supply of almonds.


  • Chocolate syrup, to garnish
  • 1 1/2 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 1 1/2 ounces amaretto
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • Chocolate shavings, to garnish


  1. Garnish the inside of a cocktail glass with chocolate syrup and chill the glass.
  2. Shake the coffee liqueur, amaretto and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Strain the contents of the shaker into the prepared cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with the chocolate shavings, and serve.
