Chelsea Sidecar Recipe
Chelsea Football Club was founded by Gus Mears on March 10, 1905 at The Rising Sun pub in South-West London. The pub, now called The Butcher’s Hook, is located next to Stamford Bridge, where Chelsea F.C. play their home matches.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 ounce triple sec
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- Lemon twist
Directions:
- Shake the gin, triple-sec and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and serve.
