Caribbean Cranberry Lemonade
Billy Ocean’s song Caribbean Queen (No More Love on the Run), reached #1 on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart in 1984. Ocean won a Grammy Award for the song in 1985 in the best Male R&B Vocal Performance category.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 2 1/2 ounces lemonade
- 1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
- Lemon wheel, to garnish
- Cranberries, to garnish
Directions:
- Combine the coconut rum, lemon juice and cranberry juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled glass.
- Garnish with the lemon wheel and cranberries, and serve.
