Calypso Coffee Recipe
Calypso was the title of Harry Belafonte’s 1956 LP record album, the first LP to sell over 1 million copies. The album was #1 on the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart for 31 consecutive weeks.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce dark crème de cacao
- 1 ounce spiced rum
- 4 ounces hot coffee
- Whipped cream, to top
- Chocolate shavings, to garnish
Directions:
- In a coffee cup, combine the dark crème de cacao, spiced rum and coffee.
- Top with the whipped cream, garnish with the chocolate shavings, and serve.
