Mumbo Jumbo
Mumbo Jumbo Recipe
“Jumbo” is a commonly used term in Western Pennsylvania to describe Bologna sausage, or as it is sometimes referred, “baloney”.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
- 1/2 ounce Applejack
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon superfine sugar
- Dash ground cinnamon
- Dash ground nutmeg
- Lemon spiral, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the dark rum, Applejack, lemon juice, superfine sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the lemon spiral, and serve.
