- 6-8 mint leaves
- Handful blueberries
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1 1/2 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 2 ounces club soda
- Mint sprig, to garnish
- Muddle the mint leaves, blueberries and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice, white rum, lime juice and shake.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Top with the club soda, garnish with the mint sprig, and serve.
