Tootsie Roll Float
Leo Hirschfield invented the Tootsie Roll in 1896. As of 2014, Tootsie Roll was producing over 64 million Tootsie Rolls a day.
Ingredients:
- 6 ounces root beer
- 1 1/2 ounces Kahlua
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- Whipped cream, to top
- Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Directions:
- Combine 3 ounces of the root beer, Kahlua and Cointreau in a tall glass.
- Add the 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
- Pour the remaining 3 ounces of root beer into the glass.
- Top with the whipped cream, garnish with the maraschino cherry, and serve.
