Sweet Patootie Cocktail Recipe
A ‘patootie’ is a slang term that started in the early 1900s that was reference to a sweetheart, girlfriend or an attractive woman.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce Cointreau
- 3/4 ounce orange juice
- Orange slice, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the gin, Cointreau and orange juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with orange slice, and serve.
