Midori Splice
Midori Splice
Midori is the Japanese word for “green”.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce melon liqueur
- 1 ounce coconut rum
- 3 – 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 ounce heavy cream
- Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Directions:
- Combine the melon liqueur, coconut rum and pineapple juice in an ice-filled glass.
- Top with heavy cream, garnish with the maraschino cherry, and serve.
