Happy Colada
The song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams was the most popular song of 2014, selling 13.9 million units worldwide.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces coconut rum
- 1 1/2 ounces blue curacao
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- Lime wheel, to garnish
- Maraschino cherry, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the coconut rum, blue curacao and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled Collins glass.
- Garnish with the lime wheel and maraschino cherry, and serve.
