Bairn
Bairn is a Scottish term for a child.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces Scotch
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 2-3 dashes orange bitters
- Orange spiral, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the Scotch, Cointreau and orange bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass.
- Garnish with the orange spiral, and serve.
