Apricot Fizz Recipe
- 2 1/2 ounces apricot brandy
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounces club soda
- Lemon twist, to garnish
- Shake the apricot brandy and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball or Collins glass.
- Add the club soda, and gently stir.
- Garnish with the lemon twist, and serve.
