Paloma
Paloma Recipe
Paloma is the Spanish word for a dove or pigeon. The dove is viewed as a symbol of peace across many cultures.
Ingredients:
- Lime wheel
- Coarse salt, to rim glass
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 4 ounces grapefruit juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 2 ounces club soda
Directions:
- Rub the rim of a highball glass with the lime wheel.
- Apply the salt by gently rolling the rim of the glass in the coarse salt.
- Combine the tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup in an ice-filled highball glass.
- Add the club soda, garnish with the lime wheel, and serve.
