Lady Diana Recipe
The wedding of Charles, Prince of Wales, and Lady Diana Spencer on July 29, 1981 was widely billed as the “Wedding of the Century” and was
reportedly watched by a global television audience of 750 million people.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce Campari
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- Dash simple syrup
- Lime peel spiral, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the gin, Campari, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lime peel spiral, and serve.
