Malibu Wave
Malibu Wave Recipe
Malibu was originally settled by the Chumash, a Native American people who named the area, “Humaliwo”, which means “the surf sounds loudly”.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce white tequila
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1/4 ounce blue curacao
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- Lemon wheel, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the tequila, triple sec, blue curacao, simple syrup, lemon juice and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Garnish with the lemon wheel, and serve.
