Sloe Gin Fizz Recipe
The Philippines is the world’s largest consumer of gin. According to a 2012 report by The Economist, the average Filipino consumes 1.4 liters of gin per year.
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce sloe gin
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 ounces club soda
- Lemon wedge, to garnish
- Shake the gin, sloe gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Add the club soda, and stir gently.
- Garnish with the lemon wedge, and serve.
