Skinny Dipper Recipe

President John Quincy Adams was known to skinny dip in the Potomac
River every morning at 5:00am. Anne Royall, a journalist during the Adams presidency, had attempted to interview the President on many occasions but was always refused. According to legend, one morning, acting on a tip about the President’s swimming habits, Royall found President Adams swimming in
the Potomac. The reporter sat on his clothes and refused to leave until the President granted her an interview. Royall’s interview of President John
Quincy Adams was the first time a female reporter interviewed a President of the United States.
