Maple Bourbon Smash Recipe
The Canadian Provence of Quebec is responsible for 75% of the world’s output of maple syrup.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ounce maple syrup
- 1/2 ounce orange juice
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 2 drops Angostura bitters
- Orange wheel
- 2 ounces bourbon
- 1 1/2 ounces seltzer water
- Orange spiral, to garnish
Directions:
- Combine the maple syrup, orange juice, lemon juice and Angostura bitters in an old-fashioned glass.
- Add the orange wheel and muddle ingredients.
- Add the bourbon to combine.
- Fill with ice and top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with the orange spiral, and serve.
