- 2 ounces whiskey
- 1 ounce sweet vermouth
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Maraschino cherry
- Stir the whiskey, sweet vermouth and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the maraschino cherry, and serve.
