Long Island Iced Tea
Long Island Iced Tea Recipe
Long Island is the largest island in the contiguous United States, with a land area of just over 1,400 square miles, and a population of just under 8 million people.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce tequila
- 1/2 ounce light rum
- 1/2 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce triple sec
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounces cola
- Lemon slice, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the vodka, tequila, light rum, gin, triple sec and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball or Collins glass.
- Add the cola, and gently stir.
- Garnish with the lemon slice, and serve.
