Fine & Dandy Recipe

A dandy is a man who gives special attention to how he speaks and how
he is dressed. In 18th and 19th century Britain, it was a term often used to describe someone attempting to imitate someone of a high social class.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 3/4 ounce triple sec
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce simple syrup
  • Dash Angostura bitters

Directions:

  1. Shake the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.
