Bulldog Cocktail Recipe
Winston Churchill, the British Prime Minister during World War II, was known as the “British Bulldog”, for his tenaciousness in fighting Nazi Germany. Churchill once said, “A prisoner of war is a man who tries to kill you and fails, and then asks you not to kill him.”
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce gin
- 1 ounce cherry liqueur
- 1 ounce lime juice
- Lime wedge, to garnish
Directions:
- Shake the gin, cherry liqueur and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lime wedge, and serve.
