Bird of Paradise Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 ounce tequila
  • 3/4 ounce white crème de cacao
  • 1/4 ounce amaretto
  • 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Shake the tequila, white crème de cacao, amaretto and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain the contents of the shaker into a chilled martini glass and serve.
