Atlantic Breeze Recipe
Atlantic Records was founded in 1947 by Ahmet Ertegun and Herb Abramson and was home to acts including Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Otis Redding, Led Zeppelin and The Rolling Stones.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce Galliano
- Orange wedge
- Maraschino cherry
Directions:
- Shake the light rum, apricot brandy, lemon juice and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into an ice-filled highball glass.
- Top with the Galliano, garnish with the orange wedge and maraschino cherry, and serve.
